Return Policy

Sparky Clothing has a simple return policy under which you can return a product received in a damaged or defective condition. The return policy is also applicable if the product does not fit you due to a size mismatch. We have a 15 days return policy. You can request a return via email or Call  within 48 hours of receiving a product.

It's important that the product is sent back in its original packaging, original manufacturer tags, including the box, manufacturer's packaging if any, and all other items originally included with the product(s) delivered (including invoice/bill and any free or complimentary items).

Returns for replacement/refunds/exchange under certain scenarios will NOT be accepted as given below:

 

 Request for return is made after 48 hours of receiving the product by you :-

Product is used or is not in its original condition. The product should not be washed or ironed.
Products are returned without its original packaging, freebies or accessories.
Product was damaged after use/opening.

Incidental damage due to malfunctioning of the product.

Product with tampered or missing barcode/serial number/article number.

Missing manufacturer tag.

In case of a return, possible solutions are :-

• Replacement of the product with a similar product (only if stocks are available with us).

• Exchange.

• Full refund of your money.

Return & Refund Policy

What is Sparky Clothing's Return & Refund Policy?

We strive towards providing you the best customer experience. However if you’re not completely satisfied with the product, you can return your order within 15 days (Prepaid Orders & COD Orders) from the date of purchase for a full refund of the amount paid.  We ask that you return us the product in its original condition and unused along with the original packaging, tags and accessories (if any). You are welcome to try on a product but please take adequate measure to preserve its condition.

Returns, Exchange and Refunds are valid on all the orders. For orders with minimum value of Rs.599 and to have incurred a shipping cost of Rs.80, following shipping charges conditions are applicable.

Shipping charges will not be deducted if:

-          The product you wish to return has quality issue & amount has to be refunded. 

Shipping charges will be deducted if:

-          The product you wish to return that has any issue other than size/product quality.

Once the product is received at our warehouse, it goes under a thorough quality check. 

How do I return a product?

Will you pick up returns from my home/office?

Of course! We take care of all necessary pick up arrangements from your delivery location.

If we’re unable to provide for a pickup in your city, we request you to ship the returns package to us through a courier of your choice. In such cases, we will reimburse the cost of shipment in your American swan account in the form of store credit. For this, you will be required to send a scanned copy of the courier receipt to our customer care at care@sparkyclothing.com

How will I receive my Refund?

In case of prepaid returns, the amount will be credited back into your account within 7 working days after the product has passed the quality check process. However, in case of COD returns, the refund can take upto 7-10 days since the refund is routed through Cheque / RTGS.

 

If I return a product on my own, do I get back the shipping charges?

Yes! In such cases, we will reimburse the cost of shipment which meet under our shipping charges conditions (see below), For this, you will be required to send a scanned copy of the courier receipt to our customer care at care@sparkyclothing.com

Shipping charges will not be deducted if:

-          The product you wish to exchange has size issue & amount has to be refunded.

-          The product you wish to return has quality issue & amount has to be refunded.

What is Sparky Clothing’s exchange policy?

We would be happy to exchange your product if you are not satisfied with the quality or size for no extra charge. To initiate a return, you can call us at 011-65106116 between 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM  (Mon-Sat) or email us at care@sparkyclothing.com

You can exchange your order within 15 days from the date of purchase for a different product of the same amount.  We only ask that you return us the product in its original condition and unused along with the original packaging, tags and accessories (if any). Once the product is received at our warehouse, it goes under a thorough quality check. If the product passes the quality check process, the exchange request will be processed.

Shipping charges will not be deducted if:

-          The product you wish to exchange has size issue & amount has to be refunded.

Which items can be exchanged?

You can exchange almost everything if you are not 100% satisfied.

What items can I buy in exchange?

You can purchase any product of your liking. However, the final price of exchanged products should be equal to or more than the price of returned items.

 

How soon will be the exchanged product delivered?

Exchanged product is dispatched as soon as the returned product has passed the quality check. Normal delivery schedule apply for the delivery of exchanged products as well. However, if there’s a delay, we will keep you informed via email and SMS.

Will I be charged for exchange?

Exchanges are free of cost! But if you choose a product of higher value, the difference will have to be incurred by you.
